As you know, I had knee surgery last November.  Prior to joining your studio, I had been rehabbing my knee for months at a slow rate of recovery.

Since I started taking classes at your place, my knee has been recovering at an accelerated rate.  I still don’t understand how the vibrations affect my body, but my legs are getting significantly stronger and the pain continues to weaken.  I can feel my body starting to change it’s shape as result of these workouts.

Dear Rachael,

Power plate has made a significant difference in my whole general being.  I am not a fan of exercise at all.  I have strenuously avoided most forms of it all my life.  It was my manicurist, Kate Rose, that  stepped into my lazy practice of none to point out that my body and walking would benefit.

I was in poor shape and I had meniscus surgery and did not walk well.  I am also in my mid 60’s and not willing to change.  However, she badgered me and pointed out the first  lesson was free  and what did I have to lose.

Off I went to your class not knowing what to expect but I knew that I could not expect much from my own ill toned body.  That was in June and if you remember it took two to pull me up from the floor.  I have come back 3 times a week since then.  I am able now to keep up in class, my balance is incredibly advanced, I do not walk with a limp or shuffle, and my stomach is flatter, my derriere is firmer and I love coming to class.   I like the variety of the instruction and not every lesson is the same.

I am very grateful to you and your staff for my new look and outlook on life.
